1. Who is responsible for treatment?
The privacy statement applies to AutoAgri AS (hereinafter referred to as AutoAgri) and their websites. AutoAgri is responsible for the processing of personal data collected. We follow the Privacy Ordinance (PVF).
2. What personal information and the purpose of the processing
AutoAgri is responsible for the processing of your personal data. AutoAgri processes the following personal information about you: Name and e-mail address. The purpose of the treatment is to send you relevant news and information about AutoAgri’s products and events on email.
3. Basis for treatment
We only process personal information about you that you have accepted through a clearly affirmative action that we are allowed to use. Consent can be withdrawn by the user at any time by sending an e-mail to info@autoagri.no. Upon withdrawal of consent, the personal information we have stored on you will be deleted.
4. Access and change in the personal information we have stored about you
You can send an e-mail to info@autoagri.no to request an overview of all personal information we have stored about you, and how this information is used. We respond as soon as we can and no later than 30 days.
5. Deletion of personal data
You can send an e-mail to info@autoagri.no at any time to delete the information we have stored on you. They will be deleted within 72 hours of receipt of the request.
6. Processing of personal data
Only AutoAgri employees with service needs process personal information about you. All employees have a duty of confidentiality.
7. Security breach notification
Should a security breach occur and your personal information go astray, AutoAgri has a duty to report this to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority within 72 hours after the breach has been discovered.
8. Cookies on the website
Cookies, or cookies, are small text files that are stored and placed in your browser unless you have turned off this feature in your browser settings.
9. Disclosure of information
AutoAgri will not pass on or sell your personal information to third parties without your consent.
